Become a CRM Jedi
Day in, and day out, you will be using your CRM and ATS to get work done, to find candidates, to find clients, and essentially to do your job.
Now, many people get a cursory bit of training when they start at a company, some on-the-job tips: “Here you go. Click here. Click here. Do this,” and then are just left to it by their company. And that’s probably because most people do not fully understand their CRM software. What you want to do is become the CRM Jedi in your office.
Why?
Because this will allow you to find multiple ways of leveraging and enhancing your work processes. Many CRMs are very powerful pieces of kit, but, sadly are not used in the way that the very clever boffins who put them together intended.
So they create the programs and then 90% of the features are not used.
So what you should do?
Go online of course. Put the name of your software into YouTube and there will be a whole host of videos that will tell you how to get the absolute most out of your CRM and will probably save you a massive amount of time, effort, and thought on a daily basis.
So give it a go and look it up.
